Italian Dipping Oil
One thing I ALWAYS love is dipping bread – I will dip in sauce, oil, balsamic – pretty much anything! This is quick post on how to make a great Italian dipping oil to serve as a before dinner app or a great snack!
Last football Sunday I got a loaf of bread sliced Italian bread (my favorite) and we wanted to eat some bread while the sauce was cooking! I always do sauce with bread, but I decided to change it up and make this Italian dipping oil – it only took a few minutes and it was delicious!
In a very small pot I added all ingredients. I cooked pot low heat for about 3 minutes – not long at all! I served in small dishes with a bowl of Italian bread. My boyfriend really liked dipping the bread in this oil – the oil combined with the spices were was perfect. I will definitely make this again – it was so tasty and a great way to change it up! Next time I make an Italian dinner I will do this for a quick and easy way to fancy up my meal!
