Easy Open Faced Turkey Sandwich

This open faced turkey sandwich is amazing and super easy. Sometimes I want to make something for dinner, but might not be in the mood or have the time to make something crazy time consuming. Or if I want to make a quick lunch instead of going out to get something this is the perfect option!

Not only does this come out amazing, but you can make this in under 10 minutes and with only 3 ingredients!

The best thing about this quick dinner is that you can really substitute any ingredients for the kind or flavor that you prefer, but here is what I used!

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 lb Boards Head Turkey, No Sodium
  • 1/2 can Heinz Home Style Savory Beef Gravy
  • 1/2 can Heinz Home-style Bistro Au Jus Gravy
  • 2 slices white bread

Directions:

  1. In a large frying pan add 1/2 can of beef gravy and 1/2 can of au jus gravy and heat over medium heat.
  2. Toast two slices of white bread.
  3. Add turkey to frying pan and mix in with gravy – this should only take a minute or two to heat!
  4. Spread turkey over toast and serve!

You might prefer a different kind if meat or gravy – I am going to try it with roast beef next time! I think any variation of this meal would be great!
